FILL OUT TRIP INQUIRY
Fill out the Trip Inquiry Form to share where and when you'd like to travel, along with a few details about what you're looking for with this trip. The more detail the better! This form helps inform the direction of our initial consultation call so we can both come prepared to begin envisioning the experience and making your trip a reality. It’s also a chance for you to reflect and dream about what you want and how you want to feel before, during, and after your travels.

BOOK A CALL
We will book a call (usually Facetime or Zoom) to go a little more in depth. We will ask a few more follow-up questions to get to the heart of what you're most excited about with this trip...must have's, no thank you's, and anything else you want us to know about how you travel and how we can make this a seamless and unforgettable experience.

CHOOSE A PACKAGE
During or after the call we will agree on which of our four service packages (or a la carte services) best suits your needs.
To officially kick off our work together you pay the planning fee associated with the chosen service package, then we create a proposal for your trip which will include flights, accommodations, and tours/activities (or whatever is included in your service package) and their pricing..

YOUR TRIP IS BOOKED
Once the proposal is approved, your trip status is officially BOOKED!
We handle the payment and reservations and design a beautiful itinerary accessible via email and a personalized app that you can reference before and during your trip. We will touch base a few times leading up to your trip to make sure all details have been confirmed and that you feel supported and excited!
Prefer to handle most of the planning yourself?
For travelers who prefer to arrange most details themselves, we offer hotel-only bookings that still provide access to preferred partner perks, VIP amenities, and the elevated service of Rooted Travel Company

Additional Destination Curation- $150
Additional Days after 10- $100 per day
Rush Fee for trips within 2 Months- $150

In most cases, no. Because these properties are individually managed, we can't guarantee the quality or service. Our preference is to book vetted villas, apartments, or residences through trusted partners that meet our 4- and 5-star standards. However, in select cases, we do assist with a VRBO or Airbnb booking when it is the best or only option.
